La Bandera

A father, two sons, and a dinner. The story unfolds over a family gathering, where Tomás calls his two sons, Jesús and Antonio, to share some important news. Accompanied by his biographer, Lina, the patriarch takes his time getting to the point, but his sons begin to lose their patience. At one point, one of the sons discovers a huge flag in the garden, sparking a dispute that seriously threatens the family’s apparent harmony. The film aims to portray today’s society, where opinions seem to leave no room for nuance, with completely opposing positions and no middle ground.
