‘Superagente Makey’ tells the story of Makey, a small-time local police officer obsessed with 1980s action movies, who is transferred from a neighborhood in southern Madrid to a police station in Marbella. There, his reunion and reconciliation with his daughter Lola, whom he has not seen for years, is overshadowed when Makey casually arrests one of Interpol’s most wanted men. From that moment on, his simple life as a local police officer will turn into a dangerous crime adventure—one just like the ones he has watched so many times on the big screen, where heroes must first lose everything in order to win.
