Caldas

Leo Caldas, a renowned National Police inspector, is a dedicated, empathetic man with an excellent reputation. He is tasked with finding Mónica Andrade, the daughter of a famous Vigo doctor with strong connections in local politics. At the same time, a new partner arrives: Estévez, a hot-tempered sub-inspector from Zaragoza whose approach clashes with Caldas’ subtle and calm way of doing things. The suspects and witnesses move between two worlds: Tirán, a small coastal village on the other side of the Vigo estuary, where Mónica lives, and the Vigo School of Arts and Crafts, where she works and commutes to every day by ferry across the estuary. The investigation becomes increasingly complicated by Mónica’s father, who becomes obsessed with the idea that Camilo, a young man with autism, is responsible for his daughter’s disappearance.
